This course is designed to give the Incident Commander in charge of a hostage taking or barricaded subject incident a comprehensive overview of the organization and capabilities of the Crisis Negotiations Team.

This course should be attended by any officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant or Executive that can find themselves in command at one of these incidents.
